Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns- You may request a return for most items purchased from Good Morning Meta within 30 days of delivery.- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
• In the original packaging.- Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
2. Non-Returnable Items- Opened skincare, oils, or personal care products- Digital downloads, services (e.g., astrology sessions, coaching)- Gift cards
3. Refunds- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
4. Exchanges- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ClientServices@GoodMorningMeta.com to request an exchange.
5. Return Shipping- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Good Morning Meta is not responsible for lost return shipments.

GoodMorningMeta.com Service Policy for Astrology & Coaching Sessions

Good Morning Meta provides astrology chart readings, personalized coaching, and related services.
Please review the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Services- All astrology readings and coaching sessions are non-refundable once purchased.- This policy reflects the time and preparation required for each personalized service.
2. Rescheduling- You may reschedule a booked session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.- Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated.- Sessions not attended (no-shows) are forfeited and non-refundable.
3. Cancellations- If you need to cancel, please provide written notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.- In cases of emergency, Good Morning Meta reserves the right to offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion.
4. Disclaimer- Astrology and coaching are tools for self-development and empowerment. Results vary by individual effort and life circumstances.- Services do not substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for those matters.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
